The Supreme Court said today it will decide whether a massive sex-discrimination lawsuit filed by female workers against Wal-Mart can proceed. NBC's Pete Williams reports on one of the biggest cases of its kind, ever, and the implications for female workers and other class-action suits.
We're also watching the tax and unemployment debate: Chuck Todd reports from the White House and Kelly O'Donnell is on Capitol Hill. Plus, WikiLeaks blasts out some more sensitive information as the stakes are raised for founder Julian Assange; very cold weather stretches across a lot of the country including Florida, which is seeing freezing temperatures, and the Great Lakes region which is seeing more lake effect snow than even they are used to.
Plus, a new medical finding on taking a daily aspirin; and remembering NFL and Monday Night Football legend Don Meredith.
