The big dig

The Northeast is struggling to tunnel out from under one of the biggest snowstorms in recent memory, and the biggest problems are at the airports, where airlines are trying to untangle a massive mess caused by thousands of cancellations on one of the busiest travel days of the year. Jeff Rossen has the latest. Robert Bazell looks at the difficulties for New York's first responders in the snowbound city.
