Move over President Obama-- literally. Former President Bill Clinton, who presided over a divided Congress after the 1994 "Republican Revolution" took to the podium today for a White House briefing. And more Clinton-cronies are filling White House administration positions. Could Obama's move to the center woo independent voters, and at what risk to his liberal base? We'll talk with Mark Pen, Former Clinton Advisor and pollster, and with Howard Fineman of the Huffington Post.
Then--Add the 9/11 Health and Compensation Act to the long list of bills blocked by Republicans this week. It proposes federal funding for 9/11 first responders and volunteers-- the people the Republican party championed after the attacks. So what's going on here? We'll ask Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE) and Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA).
And then--Stephen Battaglio penned the new book about legendary TV host David Susskind, who sat down with some of the most formative people in recent political history. We'll talk with Stephen tonight.
