Brian Williams is there leading our coverage, which will include the latest news on the condition of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, more on those who died, and what we've learned today about the alleged gunman, Jared Loughner, from those who knew him over the years. Also, Sarah Palin is making news today, with a new video in which she uses a loaded phrase in denouncing those who blame political rhetoric for the deadly shootings. NBC News will provide live coverage of the President's remarks shortly after 8:30pm Eastern time tonight. We'll also have the latest on the winter storm that dumped snow across the Northeast overnight.
