Haiti's former dictator, "Baby Doc" Duvalier, was taken from his hotel to a Haitian court today; government officials say he will face charges of looting the public treasury, but human rights groups want to see him prosecuted for torturing and murdering political opponents. Even as all this was happening, it's still not clear why he returned to Haiti at all. NBC's Kerry Sanders has the latest.
