NIGHTLY NEWS WITH BRIAN WILLIAMS

Tonight on NBC Nightly News
Brian Williams continues his reporting from Cairo, where hundreds were injured after violence erupted in Tahrir Square as supporters of President Hosni Mubarak rode into pro-Democracy protests on horses and camels, swinging sticks and whips. Fights broke out as the military looked on, and protesters were ordered to obey the curfew and go home. It's a tense and fluid situation tonight, and Brian is on the scene with NBC's Richard Engel and Lester Holt; Ron Allen reports from Alexandria where pro- and anti-Mubarak demonstrators also faced off today.
Also, Kevin Tibbles has the latest from Chicago and Peter Alexander is in Boston as two-thirds of the country digs out from one of the biggest snowstorms in memory, which dumped nearly two feet of snow on Chicago and all but shut the city down.
Plus, a deadly Category 5 cyclone makes landfall in an already flood-weary part of Australia.
