Also, extreme cold has led to injuries in the Super Bowl city of Dallas as ice falling from the stadium dome has left several badly hurt; an unexpected and puzzling January jobs report as the long-term unemployed struggle to survive day-to-day; and Congresswoman Gabby Giffords' husband Mark Kelly makes his decision on whether to command an upcoming space shuttle mission.
