Two South Korean Marines were killed and several civilians wounded, now the US is reacting with restraint even as it stands behind ally South Korea. We're covering developments from all angles tonight: with Andrea Mitchell at the State Department, Jim Miklaszewski at the Pentagon and Ian Williams in Seoul. South Korea returned fire and scrambled fighter jets to the island of Yeongpyeong which lies in disputed waters near the border.
