Willie Geist: "You're also credited in part with discovering Sarah Palin ... do you feel like you over estimated her at that time? Is she still fit to be a national leader?"
Bill Kristol, editor of the Weekly Standard: "... I have a high regard for Sarah Palin, but I will say I've been a little disappointed since she resigned as governor, I thought she had a real chance to take the lead on a few policy issues ... I don't think she's particularly done that. But she's a shrewd woman; I certainly wouldn't underestimate her."
Willie Geist: "Has she lived up the potential you saw in her in Alaska?"
Bill Kristol: "Maybe not quite, but she's young and she could do it in this campaign, or she could do it 4 or 8 years from now."
