War isn't personal for Washington

Joe Scarborough: "It's not personal, it was for Joe Biden, it is for Doris Kearns Goodwin, but its something that Washington doesn't have to think about. You know, let's just stay another year or two because we don't want to be blamed for losing a war... Young American men and women are dying. Six died this week. It's offensive... it's depressing."

Sen. Brown: I don't like it, but I'll vote for it

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Oh.): "I voted against cloture because I wanted this debate to continue. I held out hope against hope that we could change it. We pretty clearly can't at this point. We're going to try some amendments. I will likely vote for it, I want to see unemployment extended and middle class tax cuts... but I still don't like the package, or how it was done, or how we got here." Watch the video.
