Will the U.S. Navy punish a captain who starred in some vulgar videos when he was Executive Officer of the aircraft carrier Enterprise several years ago? The videos were exposed by a Virginia newspaper and now Captain Owen Honors is under investigation. NBC Pentagon Correspondent Jim Miklaszewski has the latest.
