Brian Williams reports tonight from Tucson, Arizona, where Jared Loughner, the gunman accused of killing six people and wounding fourteen others including Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, made his first court appearance, facing federal charges of attempting to assassinate a member of Congress.
