Sophomore College and the UConn football quarterback Johnny McEntee reserves have been all over the internet Wednesday when a video of him doing soccer tricks on YouTube to reach thousands of viewers.

Once on the ground only once in the last two seasons, not many people have heard about Johnny McEntee. But the video he did encourage some awe-trick with footbal titled "Johnny Mac Trick Shot Quarterback" was posted Tuesday, February 8 and is getting nearly 26,000 clicks.

As posted in USA Today, Johnny McEntee throws a football off a flight of stairs into a basket, knocks a water bottle of a dummies head from 40 yards away, breaks plates thrown into the air and passes to his teammate blindfolded. He even hits a water bottle clean off someone’s head from 20 yards away.

McEntee then moves to Gampel Pavilion to make several perfect, all-net baskets from the court and stands. With such accuracy and obvious enthusiasm, why is he the backup quarterback?

Connecticut is undoubtedly a basketball school. But Johnny McEntee doesn't want to leave all the trick shots to hoops teams.
The junior quarterback shows off his skill and imagination in a video that includes pool cues, pizza-delivery trucks, skeet shooting and a blindfold.
It's not clear how many hours of tape were edited down for the final product, but it's entertaining viewing nonetheless.
