Disaster Preparedness Exposition May 21st

On May 21st, there will be a catastrophe preparedness expo at Burton Chase Park. Find out how to prepare for & survive earthquakes, tsunamis & other disasters! The event is child friendly & will feature puppet shows, tours of fire trucks & even a Coast Guard Cutter!

Councilman Bill Rosendahl, American Red Cross, L.A. Police and Sheriffs, the L.A. Fire Departments, The Gas Company, U.S. Coast Guard and other agencies will share important preparedness tips for you, your family, and your pets.

This Venice Neighborhood Council sponsored event will be fun and FREE for the whole family! Parking is available at the public lots on Mindanao Way.
